The Ageless Remedies Franchising Company is seeking individuals to serve as Area Directors to assist in our domestic brand development.  The Area Director opportunity is unique in that it gives the candidate an opportunity to build long term equity in a growing brand while at the same time enjoying very attractive income potential.

 

The Area Directorship

 

An Area Director invests for the right to develop Ageless Remedies in a given geographic area.  As the Area Director brings qualified franchisees into the system within that area, the Area Director then receives income from the franchise fees that are collected.  The Area Director also receives a 2.5% royalty on gross sales from all franchises in his trade area in exchange for providing onsite marketing and sales support to those franchisees.

 

Area Directors are not required to open and operate an Ageless Remedies franchise in order to serve as an Area Director.  This allows a candidate to participate in the rapidly growing category of skincare and aesthetics without operating their own location.  However, an Area Director may pursue opening thier own location in a market first to drive income and to create a presence in a new market.  We support either model.  This program is designed specifically for markets with the potential to develop at least ten Ageless Remedies locations, or more.  We are interested in evaluating any trade area in the United States that meets this criteria. 

 

Candidate Qualifications

 

Candidates for this program must excel at sales and development, be willing to provide onsite field support to each franchise location at least one day per month, be willing to invest for development rights, and be interested in forming a long term partnership with the Ageless Remedies franchising team.  The qualified candidate will also be personally committed to helping others achieve success through our franchise model.  Finally, the Area Director candidate should have a total net worth of at least $500,000 and liquid working capital of at least $50,000.

 

Investment Information

 

Initial Area Director Franchise Fee is $150,000 - $300,000, depending on the number of locations to be developed within the defined market.

* $168,500 - $360,000
